These aren’t the kind of points you want to rack up. Basketball star Jason Kidd was arrested in Southampton, N.Y., on Sunday morning on charges of driving while intoxicated, according to the Southampton Patch. Police confirmed the point guard’s arrest, according to the report. Kidd, who just signed with the New York Knicks, was reportedly arrested in the wee hours on a misdemeanor charge and arraigned at Southampton Town Justice Court before being released. Kidd was arrested in 2001 on domestic-violence charges to which he later pleaded guilty.
