White House officials reportedly believe that Chief of Staff John Kelly’s personal phone was “compromised,” and made the conclusion after Kelly reported the issue earlier this year. Kelly does not have the personal phone anymore, the official added. It is not clear how exactly the phone was breached or what, if any, information was stolen.
