Report: John Kelly’s Personal Cellphone ‘Compromised’

‘NOT GOOD’

White House tech team discovered it after Kelly raised concerns.

White House officials reportedly believe that Chief of Staff John Kelly’s personal phone was “compromised,” and made the conclusion after Kelly reported the issue earlier this year. A White House official told Politico that Kelly has mostly used his government-issued phone since joining the Trump administration as Homeland Security secretary. Kelly does not have the personal phone anymore, the official added. It is not clear how exactly the phone was breached or what, if any, information was stolen.
