The son-in-law of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort met with federal investigators earlier this year and provided documents, according to CNN. The officials spoke with Jeffrey Yohai as part of the federal probe into Manafort over alleged money laundering in connection with his work for pro-Russian political parties in Ukraine. Yohai is reportedly under investigation over real-estate deals with his father-in-law. CNN reported that the documents Yohai turned over as part of a separate Justice Department probe have since been given to special counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating Russian election meddling and possible collusion between Trump associates and Russian operatives.
