Report: Mayoral Candidate Accused of Masturbating in Uber

According to a report in The New Orleans Advocate, New Orleans mayoral candidate Frank Scurlock is facing a misdemeanor charge of lewd contact in Santa Monica, California after allegedly masturbating in an Uber in February. Scurlock's family is known for having invented the bouncy house and his ads have ironically promised to "Uberize" the New Orleans Police Department. The incident allegedly occurred during a ride to a West Hollywood hotel on February 10. "I have no idea what I’m being charged with. What you just told me is more than I know," Scurlock claimed when contacted by the publication.
