Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team has reportedly started to ask witnesses about President Donald Trump’s business dealings in Russia that took place prior to the 2016 presidential campaign. According to CNN, witnesses have been asked about a failed effort to develop a Trump Tower effort in Moscow in addition to potential blackmail the Russians might have on the president. “You ask everything even if you don’t think it's credible,” a source told CNN. “The allegations are out there, and it was checking the box.”
