When in need, take a helping hand from Bill Clinton. Democratic strategist and former chief of staff for President Clinton, John Podesta, will reportedly be returning to the White House to help President Obama get out of a messy situation. Podesta, who is the founder of research group Center for American Progress, helped during Obama's presidential transition in 2008 and has served as an adviser since. He is expected to help Obama's chief of staff, Denis McDonough, with the health-care law and climate-change issues.
