In the wake of Prince's death, police have released information that he was allegedly carrying prescription opioid medication when he died in his home last week. The Drug Enforcement Administration has been asked to assist in the investigation of the music legend's death, CNN reports. Carver County Sheriff Jim Olson told reporters that there weren't any obvious signs of trauma on the musician's body at the time of his death; he was found unresponsive in an elevator at his Paisley Park home.
