Federal prosecutors will reportedly bring criminal charges against the Enrique Marquez, the friend and former neighbor of Syed Farook, one of the two shooters who killed 14 people in San Bernardino this month. Federal investigators have said that two of the semiautomatic rifles used in the deadly attack were straw purchases made by Marquez and given to Farook as a favor.
