Attorney General Jeff Sessions reportedly suggested resigning from his post, amid a souring relationship with President Donald Trump. According to ABC News, Trump is still unhappy that Sessions recused himself earlier this year from the Justice Department’s Russia-related investigations, after it was revealed that he did not disclose some conversations he had with Russia’s U.S. ambassador. Trump reportedly blames Sessions’ recusal for the expansion of the various investigations being conducted both in the Justice Department and on Capitol Hill. White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer declined to say on Tuesday whether Trump still has confidence in Sessions. “I have not had that discussion with him,” Spicer told reporters.
