President Donald Trump’s legal team has reportedly handed over information to special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigators. According to The Washington Post, the goal was to limit “the scope of a presidential interview” the special counsel’s team. The Post also reports that the president’s lawyers are worried that Trump would be “vulnerable” in any lengthy, wide-ranging sit-down interview. Over the weekend, John Dowd, one of Trump’s lawyers, called for the special counsel investigation to be shut down.
