The Trump administration has given the U.S. military no information on how to enforce the ceasefire in southwest Syria, BuzzFeed reports. The U.S. and Russia announced the ceasefire during the the G20 Summit on Friday, and Trump has since tweeted that the ceasefire appears to be holding. But U.S. military officials told BuzzFeed that they had no formal role in the agreement, and that it was unclear how U.S. forces were meant to enforce the ceasefire. “This was quickly negotiated by the diplomatic community,” a Pentagon official told BuzzFeed.
