An explosion on a passenger train in Taipei has reportedly injured at least 21 people. Fire officials reportedly received word of an explosion at about 10 p.m. Thursday. Three blasts were reported before the cabin erupted in flames. Police said a man in his forties walked on and left a bag in the cabin just before the blasts. The train was allegedly traveling from Hsinchu to Keelung.
