The Black Forest fire near Colorado Springs has ripped through 21,000 acres and destroyed 482 homes. But firefighters have contained the blaze to the point where evacuated residents can return home so long as their houses are no longer in danger. The fire is about 65 percent contained, and though local officials haven't yet pinpointed the cause, they have ruled out lightning. El Paso County Sheriff Terry Maketa said that law enforcement has accounted for all individuals who lived near the fire and were once reported missing.
