Breaking news from the fifteenth century!!

Breaking news dating back to the fifteenth century - following his death at the battle of Bosworth field on 22 August 1485, and subsequent exhumation in a municipal car park in 2012, the remains of the last Plantagenet King, Richard III, will be reburied in Leicester, it has been revealed.

Distant relatives of the wicked King, who formed the Plantagenet Alliance, have lost their battle in the High Court for the King to be reburied in York, the city most naturally associated with 'the Yorkists.'
Richard’s remains were discovered underneath a carpark by excavation teams from University of Leicester in September 2012.
Leicester University, which was behind the excavation, can now forge ahead with its £1 million plans for a Richard III visitor centre.

The decision was handed down today by the High Court which upheld the original exhumation licence, which states that the remains of Richard III should be reburied in Leicester.
