Money can’t buy you love, class, or votes, it seems. Rick Perry learned that lesson Tuesday night when he came in fifth place after spending about $364 per vote in the Hawkeye State—$4.5 million in media got him only 12,442 votes. Rick Santorum, on the other hand spent only 73 cents for each of the 29,908 votes he received in the caucuses. Someone knows how to get more for their money.
