Mitt Romney is slated to win Wisconsin’s primary election this week, but Rick Santorum’s already looking ahead to Pennsylvania. The former senator from that state said he’ll “absolutely” win its primary. “We actually were part of the movement to change the Republican Party in Pennsylvania to a much more conservative party, and we’ve been successful winning elections doing that,” he said on Fox News Monday. He admitted that “it’s not going to be easy.” The latest poll out of Pennsylvania shows Santorum and Romney tied for primary-voter support ahead of the April 24 primary.
