Rob Ford, the crack smoking former mayor of Toronto, has been appointed to the Canada Hockey Hall of Fame’s board of directors. Ford, who has cancer, announced this week he is undergoing surgery in May to remove a cancerous tumor in his abdomen. Ford, who won his old city in city council after quitting the position of mayor, was selected along with two other city councilors.
