It’s been a busy month for The Muppets star Jason Segel, who recently made his Twitter debut. The actor and puppeteer is hosting Saturday Night Live this week. On his journey to New York, a Muppet in his image was lost. But when he was returned to him, Segel tweeted in relief, “Safe and sound!!”
On the night she won her second Entertainer of the Year award at the Country Music Awards, Taylor Swift got into the holiday spirit. “I found fake Xmas trees backstage at the CMAs,” she tweeted.
Demi Moore and Ellen Barkin were promoting their new black comedy, Another Happy Day. On Thursday night, Moore announced she was divorcing Ashton Kutcher, but just 10 days earlier, she was in good spirits. “Having fun doing press for @anotherhappyday,” Moore tweeted.
Lea Michele and Cory Monteith got a jump on the holidays while filming the Glee. “Merry Christmas Episode!,” the actor tweeted, then promoted his character Finn’s portmanteau with Lea Michele’s character Rachel. “#FinchelForever.”
Rosie O’Donnell hasn’t held back on her new show on the OWN network, addressing such topics as police brutality at the Occupy Wall Street protests. This week, O’Donnell tweeted a photo of a “dynamic duo”—Chelsea Handler and Jane Fonda.
Her boyfriend Justin Bieber’s paternity suit may have been dropped, but Selena Gomez looks like she has children on the brain. “Baby love :),” the actress and singer tweeted. “my friend had her baby boy Hudson.”

Regis Philbin is retiring after 28 years on air. Vice President Joe Biden stopped by the set of Live! with Regis and Kelly to wish him well. “Farewell to Regis Philbin during a surprise visit,” Biden tweeted.
Actress Elizabeth Banks was all over the internet in The Hunger Games trailer this week. But she also posted a picture via her WhoSay page with some adorable dogs that she suspected to have eaten something not so tasty. “PUPPIES!!! (judging by their breath, pretty sure they ate poop right before this moment),” she tweeted.
Ellen DeGeneres is such a tease. In this picture on her WhoSay page, the talk show host had a moment with Twilight star Robert Pattinson, but wouldn’t reveal exactly what went on during his visit. “I would love to tell you what Robert Pattison and I are doing here,” DeGeneres tweeted. “But you'll have to wait 'til Friday.”
