The Houston Rockets pulled out a 97-96 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Thursday thanks to a game-winning shot by James Harden with 2.7 seconds left on the clock. Harden score 35 points for the Rockets, taking advantage while Stephen Curry is out on an ankle injury in Game 3 of the first-round playoff series. Ian Clark's layup put Golden State up by one with 10.6 seconds left until Harden took it back for a jump shot. The Warriors had one last chance to win it with a play to Draymond Green at the top of the key, but Green fumbled the ball. Dwight Howard scored 13 points for Houston, adding 13 rebounds and two blocks. The Warriors are still up 2-1 in the best-of-seven series. The two teams will face off again on Sunday in Houston.
