NASA was no match for Stars Wars this weekend, as Rogue One once again claimed the top spot at the box office—for the fourth week in a row. Hidden Figures, a drama about the black female mathematicians behind NASA’s first space missions, opened in wide release Jan. 6 after previously being available only in select theaters. It trailed behind Rogue One, with an estimated $21.8 million in domestic ticket sales compared to the Star Wars offshoot’s $21.97 million. Rogue One has done equally well overseas, with $46.6 million in international sales. It also topped the Chinese box office after opening there Jan. 6, raking in $31 million over the weekend. The film, which tells the story of how the franchise’s rebels manage to steal the plans for the Death Star, is already expected to be the biggest box-office winner of 2016.
