Mitt Romney is looking better in Ohio since his Michigan and Arizona wins, but Rick Santorum hasn't lost his appeal. The two Republican candidates are tied in the battleground state, according to a new Quinnipiac poll conducted this week. While Santorum is slightly ahead of Romney in terms of percentage points—he's leading 35-31 percent—the difference is within the margin of error and can be considered a dead heat. Rick has won over the white evangelicals, Tea Partiers, and conservatives, while Romney holds tight to the moderate and elderly vote. Voters without a college degree also lean toward Santorum, which isn't exactly a surprise.
