The Kansas City Royals defeated the New York Mets on Saturday evening, opening their lead in the 2015 World Series to 3-1. The Mets initially got out in front of a tight game thanks to two home runs from rookie Michael Conforto, but their 3-2 lead was blown in the bottom of the eighth after a series of base-hits and a misplayed ground ball gave the Royals a 5-3 lead. The series will continue Sunday evening for Game Five at 8:05 p.m. ET at Citi Field in Queens, New York. One more Royals win and Kansas City will have its first World Series title since 1985.
