A rhinoceros is on the loose in Nepal after escaping from a wildlife sanctuary and tearing through a town, injuring six people and leaving a 61-year-old woman dead. The animal is believed to have reached the town from a wildlife reserve 12 miles away, and officials have called in elephants to guide it back. “We have contacted technicians to see if we can sedate the rhino. Our focus is to rescue it,” said police spokesperson Shishu Sharma.
