Russia Voters Allege Fraud

Russians headed to the voting booth Sunday, as current Prime Minister and former president Vladimir Putin sought a convincing return to the nation’s highest office. But opponents said the presidential election was marred by fraud, listing alleged irregularities online while vowing to step up protests against Putin. The watchdog agency Golos said there were reports of busloads of voters being driven around to cast ballots multiple times at different voting stations.
