A Russian lab implicated in a World Anti-Doping Agency report issued Monday has been shut down, the AP reports. The Moscow-based lab was deemed ineligible to test blood and urine for athletics. Instead, the samples will be transported to another WADA-accredited facility. The lab has 21 days to appeal the suspension.
