Russian Investor Buys $100M CA Home

Good thing he bought it before the housing market recovered. Russian billionaire investor Yuri Milner, head of Digital Sky Technologies and a stakeholder in Facebook, Groupon, and Synga, has paid $100 million for a French chateau-style mansion in Silicon Valley, the highest price ever paid for a single-family home in the U.S. The 25,500-square-foot limestone mansion, with a view of San Francisco Bay, has indoor and outdoor pools, a ballroom, a tennis court, and a wine cellar. Milner's primary residence is in Moscow.
