Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin Diagnosed With Coronavirus

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced on Thursday that he tested positive for the coronavirus and will go into self-isolation. First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov will serve as acting PM while Mishustin remains quarantined, which President Vladimir Putin supported, according to Russian news outlets.
