The two students who've been linked to Tyler Clementi’s suicide withdrew from Rutgers Friday, a lawyer for one of the students said. An attorney for Molly Wei, 18, said his client was afraid for her safety. Wei and Dharun Ravi, 18, were accused of broadcasting video of Ravi's roommate, Tyler Clementi, having sex with another man. Clementi, 18, then committed suicide, and Wei and Ravi were charged with invasion of privacy by the county prosecutor. Officials are also weighing whether to bring hate-crime charges against the pair. Wei and Ravi have gained notoriety nationwide since the incident, and they've also been shunned on campus.
