Yesterday Joe Biden told a group of people at a campaign event in Virginia that Mitt Romney's Wall Street policies would "put ya'll back in chains." This comment was received, by some, as racist and, as such, received a ton of backlash. Later in the day President Obama defended Biden, but he can't live the comment down. Now Paul Ryan is weighing in, telling Sean Hannity of his Democratic counterpart's words, "these are the kinds of things you say when you're desperate in a campaign. I think you're going to hear more of these things as we go on because they have a terrible record and can't run on it so they're going to kind of sink this campaign to these low levels to distract people."
