Ryan: We Already Have A Secretary of Business

In the battleground state of Colorado yesterday, Paul Ryan mocked President Obama over his Secretary of Business proposal. The GOP vice presidential nominee said the position had been filled--it's "actually called the Secretary of Commerce."
