At least ten people were killed when the roof of an auditorium collapsed during a welcoming reception at the Busan University of Foreign Studies in South Korea. 10 other people are also feared to be trapped. The roads are currently very icy in the region, which made it hard for rescuers to get to the resort where the welcome reception was being held. More than 500 students were in the resort auditorium when the roof collapsed. 17 others are seriously injured, and 58 have been hospitalized with minor injuries.
