Salah Abdeslam, a key suspect in the Nov. 13 Paris attacks, has been charged with the terrorist murders and with using bombs and weapons, his lawyer said Wednesday. Abdeslam was extradited from Belgium to France after he was captured during a raid in Brussels in March. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attacks, which killed 130 people across numerous sites in Paris.
