Last month The New York Times reported that Apple was looking into designing a wristwatch-like device. Now Reuters is reporting that Samsung is developing a digital device that is similar to a wristwatch. This news comes on the back of lackluster reviews of its ballyhooed Samsung Galaxy S launch last Thursday.
