The Inland Regional Center complex, the location of a terror attack in San Bernardino that killed 14 people last month, reopened on Monday. The Los Angeles Times reported that the campus has remained closed since the Dec. 2 shooting. Monday morning, the office was surrounded by fencing, and security guards checked employees for identification at each entrance. Facility executive director Lavinia Johnson said, “As you can imagine, it has been a very difficult time for us and we’re very glad to be back at our IRC home."
