Enrique Marquez, the friend and former neighbor of San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook, has been arrested on what official say is a connection to the massacre that left 14 dead this month. Federal investigators have alleged that two of the semiautomatic rifles used in the deadly attack were straw purchases made by Marquez and given to Farook as a favor. Marquez was reportedly charged with conspiring with Farook in 2011-12 to terrorist acts and with the unlawful purchase of the two assault rifles.
