San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer was caught on video pulling his wife out of a chair during an argument, causing her to fall to the ground in a San Francisco city plaza Friday morning. The incident, in which Baer tries to grab a cell phone out of his wife’s hand, was captured on video by a bystander. Baer’s wife, Pam Baer, can be heard screaming, “Oh my God, no, help!” as her husband moves for the phone. The video, which was published by TMZ, only lasts five seconds and does not make clear what led to the incident. “My wife and I had an unfortunate public argument related to a family member and she had an injured foot and she fell off her chair in the course of the argument,” Larry Baer told the San Francisco Chronicle. “The matter is resolved. It was a squabble over a cell phone. Obviously, it’s embarrassing.” Pam Baer added to TMZ, “We were having a family fight about someone in my family and that’s it.”
