A new Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics Iowa poll Saturday had Hillary Clinton at 37 percent and Bernie Sanders at 30. This is the first time Clinton has polled below 50 percent in a survey conducted by either news organization this year. Eesults included Joe Biden, who nabbed 14 percent, but even without him Clinton only got 43 percent. In 2008, a similar situation emerged in which Clinton initially led President Obama, who surged with youth support in November.
