Sanders Rejects Martin Shkreli Donation

Bernie Sanders is giving money donated to him by Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO Martin Shkreli to a Washington, D.C., health clinic instead, rebuffing the controversial businessman’s attempts to buy a meeting with the candidate. Shkreli said he donated the money because he is “furious” about being criticized by the populist candidate, and tweeted about the money during the Democratic presidential debate. “We are not keeping the money from this poster boy for drug company greed,” a Sanders spokesman said.
