What the hell, Sandy? The monster storm, which has left dozens dead and cities ravaged, has lead to the postponement or cancellation of Halloween celebrations across the East Coast. At least eight New Jersey cities and towns have rescheduled trick-or-treating to Nov. 3. Chris Christie's moved Halloween to Nov. 5. Many cities did this during last year’s storm, too. New York City’s popular Halloween parade has been canceled. Officials fear flooding, damaged trees, exposed electrical wires, a lack of electricity, and debris will make the usually fun night not so fun. They’re right.
