Human remains found by sanitation workers in a Seattle neighborhood likely belong to a murder victim, authorities said on Friday. Police believe that these are remains from the same woman allegedly killed by a man who then dumped some of her body parts in a recycling bin last weekend. John Charlton, the man accused, faces a first-degree murder charge for the death of 40-year-old Ingrid Lyne, a mother of three.
