Santa Charged With Groping Elf

Talk about a toxic work environment. Sixty-two-year-old Herbert Jones has been released on $1,000 bail after pleading not guilty to indecent assault and battery for allegedly groping an 18-year-old woman working as an elf. According to police, the woman said Jones had pinched her butt and made suggestive comments. Until his case has been resolved, the judge ordered Jones to refrain from going to the Hanover Mall, and not to get back into the big red suit. Jones denied he touched the woman to both the police and mall management.
