In a speech that was part history lesson, part locker-room chat, Rick Santorum rallied supporters at his headquarters in Mars, Pa., Tuesday night. With half of the delegates apportioned, Mitt Romney holds a strong lead, but Santorum still said he’d continue his campaign, saying, “Who’s ready to charge out of the locker room in Pennsylvania for a strong second half?” Taking aim at President Obama and frontrunner Romney, Santorum said he was the candidate who would fight for conservative values. “No marching bands,” Santorum said. “The clock starts tonight.”
