Santorum: Limbaugh's 'Being Absurd'

But he's an entertainer, so he's allowed.

You know you've gone over the top when even Rick Santorum calls your comments "absurd." The conservative presidential candidate—and staunch opponent of President Obama's contraception mandate—brushed off Rush Limbaugh's now-infamous "slut" comment as "absurd." Limbaugh called a law-school student eager to advocate for employee coverage for birth control a "slut," a comment that has received significant backlash in the day since it was made. "He's being absurd, but that's, you know, an entertainer can be absurd," Santorum told Wolf Blitzer on Friday. "He's in a very different business than I am."
