Saudi Claims 'Accidental Penetration,' Beats Rape Charge
Claims he fell into underage girl.
A Saudi property developer was found not guilty of raping a teenager in London after he claimed "accidental penetration." An unnamed 18-year-old accused Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, of forcing himself on her as she slept in his flat after a night of drinking. Prosecutors claimed the plaintiff woke up in the middle of the night with Abdulaziz on top of her with his penis inside her. But the defendant claimed that he had previously had sex with the girl's 24-year-old friend and may have still had his genitals exposed when he fell on top of the underage girl. The jury acquitted him after only 30 minutes of deliberation.
