SCOTUS May Hear Colorado Weed Case

The U.S. Supreme Court may hear a case about marijuana legalization brought against Colorado by the attorneys general in Nebraska and Oklahoma. The lawsuit hopes to revoke legalization but after a meeting scheduled this past Friday, Supreme Court justices will determine whether or not to take up the case. Nebraska and Oklahoma allege that the commercialization of the drug conflicts with federal law and creates problems as it flows across the border.
