The Supreme Court will not decide on a case involving the Affordable Care Act's contraceptive mandate, instead sending it back to the lower courts, the judicial body announced Monday. Religiously affiliated non-profit groups brought the challenge to the high court, but the justices unanimously ruled against hearing the case. The decision was likely impacted by Justice Antonin Scalia's death in Texas in February. This was the second case challenging Obamacare's contraception mandate.
