The search warrant for Prince’s medical records was executed five days ago, identifying the physician who treated the late rocker the day before he died. According to the court records, obtained by the Los Angeles Times, Minneapolis-area family doctor Michael Todd Schulenberg treated Prince on April 7 and April 20, returning to Paisley Park the following day to deliver test results—the same day the R&B legend was found dead. Schulenberg told investigators he prescribed medication to the musician, which he filled at a local Walgreens.
