A U.S. Secret Sevice Agent has been arrested. Arthur Baldwin, who was assigned to the Foreigh Missions Branch, was charged with destruction of property and attempted burglary, according to D.C. Metropolitan Police Department spokeswoman Gwedolyn Crump. Baldwain was off duty when he was arrested at a female's residence. His security clerance was ordered to be suspended by Secret Service Director Joeseph Clancy. The incident is currently under investigation.
