A judge declared a second mistrial on Friday in the murder trial of Ray Tensing, a white University of Cincinnati police officer who fatally shot Sam DuBose during a traffic stop in 2015. The jury could not agree on verdicts for either murder or voluntary manslaughter charges after deliberating for more than 31 hours. County prosecutors will decide if they will seek a third trial.
