A Senate vote on attorney general nominee Loretta Lynch may come within days, after Senate leaders resolved a dispute over a controversial abortion provision in a human trafficking bill, which Democrats feared would expand existing restrictions. Republican leaders had refused to vote on Lynch's nomination until the controversy reached a solution. "I'm glad we can say there is a bipartisan proposal that will allow us to complete action on this important legislation so we can provide help to the victims who desperately need it," said Republican majority leader Mitch McConnell.
